Building Stronger Communities Together

Founded in 1999 by Herman Badillo, 100 Hispanic Men Association Inc is a nonprofit organization of Latino leaders committed to strengthening and uplifting Hispanic communities across New York City. Through mentorship, education, advocacy, and community engagement, we create meaningful opportunities for growth, leadership, and empowerment.

We invite you to be part of that impact.

25 Years of Remembrance & Unity

As we approach the 25th anniversary of September 11, 2001, we pause to honor the lives lost and reflect on the strength, resilience, and unity that defined New York City in the face of tragedy.

The 100 Hispanic Men recognize the profound impact this day continues to have on our communities and the enduring spirit that brought us together. In remembrance, we invite you to take a moment to reflect as we share this tribute, which will remain on our site in the months ahead as a symbol of unity and collective strength.

Leadership and Investment

When you join the 100 Hispanic Men family, you become part of something greater than yourself. Membership is not about simply belonging, it is about participating, serving, and leading. Through our committees, every member has the opportunity to become actively involved in the mission of the organization, develop professionally and personally, build lifelong relationships, and create meaningful change throughout our communities. We believe every member has something valuable to contribute, and our committee structure ensures that everyone has a place to learn, grow, lead, and leave a lasting legacy.

Investing in yourself is the first step toward creating lasting impact. By becoming involved, you join a network of leaders committed to growth, mentorship, and community service. Together, we strengthen our neighborhoods, support one another, and build a legacy of leadership that extends far beyond ourselves.

Investing in the Next Generation of Hispanic Leaders

The 100 Hispanic Men Association Inc. is committed to expanding opportunity through education by developing a scholarship initiative dedicated to supporting young Hispanic men pursuing higher education. Rooted in our mission of mentorship, leadership, and community advancement, this initiative reflects our long-term vision to invest in future leaders. While the program is currently in development, it represents a meaningful step toward removing barriers, recognizing potential, and creating pathways to success. Through this effort, we aim to not only provide financial support, but to inspire, guide, and empower the next generation to lead and serve their communities with purpose and pride.
