These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website operated by 100 Hispanic Men Association Inc. (the “Organization,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Organization is a nonprofit organization committed to mentorship, education, advocacy, leadership development, community engagement, and strengthening Hispanic communities. By accessing or using this website, submitting a membership application, registering for an event, making a payment or contribution, or otherwise interacting with the website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer below. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.
1. Website Use and Acceptable Conduct

The Organization does not require or intend to store complete payment-card numbers or security codes on its own website when transactions are handled by those processors. Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in writing, membership contributions, event payments, sponsorship payments, donations, and other transactions are subject to the refund, cancellation, and eligibility terms communicated for the applicable program or transaction. A payment should not be treated as tax-deductible merely because it is made to or for the benefit of the Organization; donors and members should rely on the Organization’s official receipt or acknowledgment and consult their own tax adviser regarding deductibility.
4. Events, Programs, Volunteers and Community Activities
Participation in Organization events, programs, volunteer opportunities, mentorship activities, or community initiatives may be subject to separate registration requirements, releases, waivers, codes of conduct, eligibility criteria, or event-specific terms. The Organization may modify schedules, venues, speakers, activities, program content, or participation requirements when reasonably necessary.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants remain responsible for their own conduct, personal property, travel, and compliance with applicable event or venue rules. Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive any right or liability that cannot legally be waived.

PRIVACY POLICY
100 Hispanic Men Association Inc. respects the privacy of its members, applicants, donors, volunteers, event participants, community partners, website visitors, and supporters.
